February 2022 completely changed my life into a “before” and “after”. Finding myself in Magdeburg with my mother and my younger brother, I understood that I was at the age when I should get an education and a profession, but the language barrier and a foreign country seemed to me an insurmountable problem.
I believe in happy coincidences and kind, sympathetic people that we meet on our life’s journey.
I am very grateful to the K+S company, which gave me the opportunity to study, master a new, interesting profession of Elektroniker Betriebstechniki with hope to look to the future.
Thanks to Iryna Demchenko, the founder of this experimental project, and the director of the company Andre Roth, who believed in me, I found myself in a very friendly atmosphere, where the team provides me with moral support.
K+S gave me the opportunity to practice daily conversational skills at work, I am gaining knowledge at the Berufschule and have been taking German language courses for the second year, which this company provides and pays for for Ukrainians.
I don’t know what my future will be like, but after my training contract ends, I would like to continue working for this company and at the same time master the IT field. I am interested in this field of activity, and I would like to become a good specialist in these two areas in order to bring professional benefits to K+S.”

I would like to thank the organizers of the project, K+S, and the Garna language school, for their help in learning German and integrating in Germany.
For over a year, the company has been providing free German language lessons, which will allow you to feel more confident in society. For young people, it gives them a chance to master a profession by undergoing training at work and then getting a job in their specialty.
As a project participant and currently an intern, I would like to note that the company has highly qualified personnel, modern equipment, good organization and planning of work.
I see a stable position in the labor market in this production. With a long history, the company improves its products and occupies one of the leading places in the world in this industry.
After completing the internship, I really hope to get a permanent employment contract, become part of a friendly team, benefit from my work and, of course, get pleasure from it.
