A joint project for a successful career in Germany
The Garna language school, in partnership with the company «K+S Minerals and Agriculture GMBH»,
is implementing a unique project aimed at supporting Ukrainians in Germany.
Our project helps Ukrainians not only to receive a funded education,
but also to start
a successful career in a new environment.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- German language courses: From beginner level to B2+, including grammar, vocabulary and specialized terminology.
- Career counseling: Assistance in creating resumes and motivation letters, as well as comprehensive career counseling
- Personal coaching: Individual lessons to prepare for interviews and integration into the German labor market.

WHO IS INTERESTED IN:
The project is aimed at professionals who already have work experience or are looking to try their hand at a new field, but are faced with a language barrier. Our goal is to help them overcome this obstacle by teaching them the German language.
We cooperate with Ukrainians who already have qualifications or are ready to retrain and want to work as engineers, electricians, mechanics, or in other work specialties.
The project will be of interest to companies seeking to attract highly qualified specialists. We teach Ukrainians the German language, preparing them for work and study within the framework of the Ausbildung program, which provides companies with competent and motivated employees.
RESULTS OF THE GERMAN LANGUAGE COURSES:
During the year, thirty participants were divided into three groups, attended 6 hours of classes per week, completed tasks on the platform and with printed materials, as well as took tests and worked on projects.
All students successfully wrote the final test and achieved the set levels.
CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE PROJECT:
- One student joined the “K+S” team as an Ausbildung student.
- A professional engineer from Ukraine received a B2 certificate, completed an internship and is already working as an engineer at the “K+S” company.
- Three engineers are interested in employment in the company and are continuing their studies to improve their language level.
- Five students are preparing to enter Ausbildung for 2025.
SUCCESSIONS OF THE COMPANY "K+S":
- 1Popularity: "K+S" has gained popularity among the Ukrainian community and received positive reviews.
- Community support: Active support for forcibly resettled Ukrainians and their integration into the local community.
- Solution to the problem of labor shortage: Using its own resources to fill vacancies in the industry.
The project for the 2023-2024 academic years turned out to be extremely successful, which became the impetus for its extension for 2024-2025.
This decision is beneficial for the company from a financial point of view: relatively small investments bring high performance, ensuring the training of highly qualified specialists who not only have deep knowledge, but also the motivation to build a long-term career in the company.
